Course Description: Fundamentals of Esports
Gaming is something many young people are interested in, and using their interest to promote team building, collaboration, and engagement can help them learn in a new way. That’s where esports comes in – coaching an esports team can create an opportunity to get K-12 students involved in a team setting in a new way and get students involved and engaged. In this course, you’ll be learning about how to start an esports program, whether that’s a school, community center, or another organization, as well as the foundational knowledge you need to coach an esports team.
